THE ROLE: DIGITAL MARKETING DIRECTOR
This position is based in Shoreditch, London
Currently we are looking for a Digital Marketing Director to join our Marketing Team. The primary responsibility of the role is to direct the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition and retention.
You will manage all digital acquisition channels for CultureLabel, including SEO, PPC, Social, CRM, Affiliates and Display.
Responsibilities
Develop CultureLabel’s digital marketing strategy for customer acquisition and retention
Implement the strategy, building a high performance team of company staff and outsourced agencies as required
Own CultureLabel’s performance across digital acquisition and retention, analysing, budgeting and optimising on an ongoing basis
Desired Skills & Experience
Your profile
Educated to degree level
Very high digital marketing competence, with a track record of individual accomplishments in customer acquisition and retention
Track record of managing digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, Social, CRM, Affiliates and Display
Solid leadership skills and experience building high performance teams (using internal staff and outsourced agencies)
Ability to provide longer term vision and motivation
