Spotify would not be as great without our free model. Through advertising and the partners we bring to our platform, we are able to share Spotify around the world and with that in mind we are seeking an outstanding Vice President of Global Advertising Sales.
Weâre looking for someone with an unrivalled record of sales leadership and revenue generation who also has a deep interest and passion for online media and innovation. You will head our Global Advertising efforts, and we want someone who loves our product and knows how to sell creative solutions for clients and partners. You should be confident without being arrogant, and hardworking while still knowing how to have fun.
THE MISSION SHOULD WE CHOOSE YOU TO ACCEPT IT:
Define the Global sales growth strategy and drive execution through effective leadership
Develop, define and implement global, regional and local sales and marketing programs
Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners on a senior level, and deliver world-class customer service
Manage sales forecasts, set budgets and goals for the sales team
Analyse, validate and update performance to maximize growth
Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with senior management, cross-functional teams, and business partners
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET AN AUDITION:
Extensive advertising sales experience on a global scale
Unrivalled relationships with Customers and Agencies around the world: Specifically, the US, Europe and Asia.
Experience working in a truly Global Organisation
Senior level contact within major Holding companies as well as direct with Top Advertisers
Experience in leading Teams and fostering a positive team orientated culture
Proven experience in strategic Planning and running an operationally driven sales team
Experience in solutions sales and working with top Brands in creative Solution Selling
Proven results in building and inspiring successful teams and sales cultures
Highly motivated and entrepreneurial
Great problem solving and negotiating skills
Understanding and expertise within the digital space
A love of all things music!
