VP, Online – M-GO (Burbank – California)
This role will develop and execute on direct marketing plans and provide strategic input in creating and improving the effectiveness of direct marketing programs aimed at generating business. This position will have ownership for the execution and analysis of direct marketing efforts, response rates, delivering campaigns on time and keeping campaigns within budget. Work closely with Marketing and Sales on all aspects of planning and creation of future campaigns.
Effectively manage multiple programs including timelines, budgets and working with appropriate vendors
Able to strategize on creative and messaging and also have strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness
Execute and build on current Direct Marketing strategies and programs to increase the quantity and quality of leads across direct marketing programs
Work with Marketing to establish campaign goals, deliver creative guidance, segment definition, schedules and performance metrics
Manage and own response rates, qualified leads, campaign timeline and budget of all campaigns
Analyze direct marketing campaigns and improve overall program effectiveness over time
Effectively manage SEM and SEO strategic programs to support initial launch and continuing online marketing presence
Combine display and email outreach campaigns that drum up MGO exposure and use data to finesse campaign messaging
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 7 years experience in online marketing
Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing or related field of study. MBA preferred.
Experience in startup companies
Minimum 5 years experience with acquisitions for recognizable brands
Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets while delivering on time and within budget
Ability to identify and utilize effective tracking software to measure traffic and effectiveness of campaign
