Getty Images is looking for a seasoned Vice President of Marketing for US and APAC, who will be responsible for the overall planning, impact and effectiveness of Marketing in these regions to achieve revenue targets. You will have direct management of the regional field marketing teams in terms of strategies, campaigns and budgets deployed to drive revenue across Getty Images’ portfolio of brands and products. You are also responsible for driving the development, communication, implemention and evaluation of regional go-to-market strategies – partnering closely with Sales leadership and the global central marketing functions.
Your Next Challenge:
Europe and Japan;
Working in strong partnership with Sales and other key management stakeholders, achieve the overall revenue targets for these regions through impactful marketing programs
For each market, refine overall go-to-market priorities and spend mix to drive the highest possible revenue growth in key products and brands through new customer acquisition (providing leads to Sales as well as driving online conversions) and existing customer retention/upsell/cross-sell
On an annual and quarterly basis, consolidate, review and communicate the region’s overall marketing strategy and marketing performance which would include central marketing as well as regionally driven activity
Provide hands-on direction and leadership to ensure campaigns and tactics are developed and localized to achieve the greatest impact in the local marketplace and reflect the overall brand values
Develop and motivate your team to be results driven, agile, talented, future-thinking and inspired as a requisite part of being a growing, leading digital media company
What You’ll Need:
Significant marketing/strategy experience with a blue chip brand or consultancy
Significant digital/internet industry experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Seasoned strategic planning experience including developing full marketing plans (content and promotional strategy, media mix, etc)
Clear understanding of the principles of B2B marketing, direct marketing, lead generation, business services, and e-commerce principles
Experience in and appreciation of local marketing nuances for US and APAC regions
Excellent and inspiring communication and presentation skills at an executive level with the ability to influence across groups effectively
Proven strong quantitative analytical skills (proficient in Excel; campaign analysis and online analytics)
Experience in managing, coaching and motivating teams across multiple time zones
Ability to influence across a matrix organization
Must be able to travel/work across multiple time zones
Results oriented mentality with the ability to work at a quick pace and be a fast learner
